Refund / Returns Policy

For purchases from Germany:

All sales of digital products are final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, which is delivered instantly and cannot be returned or revoked, no refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

For purchases from the US:

There is a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date.

How refunds work:

All payments, order processing and refunds are handled by Digistore24 GmbH, who acts as the merchant of record.

To request a refund, please use the Digistore24 refund process or contact Digistore24 support directly using the order information you received by email.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
