ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHER

From a deep passion for photography, my journey as a photographer began back in 2014. Since then, my media studies and training as a systemic consultant have refined my work.

I am inspired by creative couples who love authenticity, fashion and design, who live emotions and celebrate exuberantly with their guests. I want to tell your day exactly as you are.

BOOKING

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% is required. Once the payment is received, the booking is considered binding. The remaining balance is due after the wedding. The deposit secures the agreement of both parties. By booking, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this offer.

VALIDITY

At the time this offer is sent, the requested date is still available. This offer is valid for 2 days. Dates cannot be reserved without a deposit. A binding booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Sylvi Schaffrath Photography reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time prior to final booking confirmation.

PERSONAL RIGHTS

By hiring Sylvi Schaffrath Photography, the client grants permission for the images to be used for portfolio and promotional purposes – always handled with utmost sensitivity, discretion, and respect.

IMAGE RIGHTS

All image rights remain with Sylvi Schaffrath Photography. Editing, altering, or reselling the images by the client or third parties is not permitted.

EDITING & DELIVERY

The artistic interpretation is at the discretion of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client acknowledges the photographic style as presented before booking. All edited images are delivered in JPG format and include a curated selection of color and black & white images. A sneak preview will be delivered within 2 days after the wedding, and the complete gallery within 8 weeks.
